This week, Reduxx published a disturbing exclusive update out of Washington state after we learned that a violent transgender pedophile had been released from prison.
Jolene Charisma Starr—born Joel Thomas Nichols—was convicted of grotesque crimes including the rape of an 11-year-old girl, the attempted kidnapping of a 9-year-old girl, and the attempted rape and brutal assault of a 24-year-old woman.
Starr served some of his sentence in a women’s prison, and has now been turned loose on the city of Everett after serving 30 years behind bars. He is assessed as Risk Level 3, meaning that he is at an extremely high risk of reoffending.
Concerningly, Starr is classified as a “female” sex offender by the state of Washington, an inexcusable distortion that will impact crime statistics.
