As a new Monday approaches, we are back to remind you that the battle against gender ideology is far from over.

One of the most shocking stories from this week was out of Minnesota, where we learned that at least FIVE trans-identified male inmates had been moved to women’s prisons. Two of the five were sex offenders who had committed atrocious acts of sexual violence against young children.

Shockingly, some of the men were moved before Minnesota had officially adopted a gender self-identification law in its prisons, meaning state officials capitulated to their demands for transfer before they even had to.

Sometimes, we see comments from some readers dismissing the plight of female inmates (“they’re doing their time!”). While incarcerated women may be paying their debt to society, it should never include being locked up with violent and sexually predatory men. That is the definition of cruel and unusual punishment. After all, they have no means of fighting back or running away, and filing complaints is often a process laden with risks to their own safety.

Further, we believe the continued violation of incarcerated women’s rights is an important signal for the strength of gender ideology’s influence over our most powerful institutions. If the rights of incarcerated women in female-only prisons can be trampled on, so can the rights of any other woman in any other space that is intended to be single-sex.
