As a new week approaches, we are back to give you the run-down on all the stories you probably started reading but then stopped to ask “do I really want to do this to myself today?”
On March 8, the world observed International Women’s Day — a day intended to honor the inspiring, powerful, and downright bad-ass women both from history and those currently in our lives.
The holiday made the Reduxx team reflect on the incredible women we have covered since our launch — women who have fought tirelessly for their sports, spaces, children, dignity, and freedom. Some of those women have been targeted with abuse, violence, legal threats, and even the risk of imprisonment for their round-the-clock advocacy against gender ideology. Most of them, of course, have done so in near-silence, passed up by the mainstream media for whom they represent an inconvenient and unpopular truth.
To all those women out there taking no sh*t — you are precisely why Reduxx exists. Happy International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month!
